Any external app can be used to design for Tenko. The team has thus far tested popular applications like Photoshop and Canva for compatibility.
For any design it is best practice to set the background to transparent before uploading into Tenko’s creator studio. Choose the highest quality file possible. Most cost prices are at 16SGD.
Use the ratio of the print area provided in your design software.
