You may use the Website for lawful purposes only, and will comply with these Terms. You also agree not to misuse the Website by hacking, introducing viruses, or using it otherwise in unlawful ways. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Website if you violate the Terms.

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, digital downloads, software, and images, is property of either Tenko or our content suppliers (vendors), and is protected under Singapore copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may view, download, and print content on the Website for non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, modify, and/or share the content for commercial purposes without our or our content suppliers’ consent.
CONTENT
Tenko may host and display shirt designs created by independent content suppliers/vendors on the Website. Although we try our utmost to ensure accuracy, product descriptions, depictions, availability, and pricing may not always be error-free. We also cannot guarantee that images on the Website are fully representative of the actual products and packaging.
As mentioned earlier, the images, graphics and other content on the Website are the property of their respective owners, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The inclusion of hyperlinks to other third party websites does not imply that Tenko approves of these third parties or their activities
VENDORS
By signing up as a Vendor, you are responsible for the designs, descriptions, and pricing of the T-shirts that you upload to Tenko. As a vendor, you acknowledge that uploading their designs, descriptions, or any other material to the Website carries legal responsibilities. As a vendor, you are responsible for making sure that all relevant laws are not broken, and that no one’s rights are violated.
Vendors must ensure that their designs must be original work, not infringing any copyrights, trademarks, or any other third party rights. Vendors must make sure that their designs do not include any celebrity likeness, or bear similarity to brand logos or recognisable copyrighted characters without the written permission of their owners. Vendors must also ensure that their content does not contain any offensive, obscene, discriminatory, unlawful, or obscene elements. Vendors must comply with the relevant laws and regulations in Singapore.
To maintain neutrality and respect for all beliefs, vendors are not allowed to include religion based designs, including but not limited to, religious symbols, texts, figures, or imagery related to religion.
Tenko reserves the right to remove access to designs or vendors that do not comply with these Terms, and can suspend or terminate vendor access to the Website without prior notice for violations of the Terms, and will cooperate with the relevant authorities if necessary.
By signing up as a vendor, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tenko from claims, damages, and losses that are caused by your content or your conduct.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tenko shall not be liable to any loss or damage caused by your use of the Website, including transactions with content suppliers/vendors.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify Tenko, its directors, and its employees, against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
1. Your use of the website
2. Your breach of the Terms
3. Your violation of third party rights
ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
By placing an order on the Website, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You will also agree to using the appropriate methods of payment specified on the Website.
Tenko reserves the right to cancel or refuse your orders if they are suspected of fraud, illegal activity, or unavailable stock
